Coronavirus: Guru Maharaji sends message to Buhari

Spiritual leader, Satguru Maharaji, has called on President Muhammadu Buhari to release more money as Nigerians observe the nationwide lockdown to curb the spread of Coronavirus.

The prophet made the call on Sunday while addressing newsmen at his Maharaji Village, NAN reports.

The sect leader appealed to Buhari to provide more palliatives to boost the capacity of Nigerians, particularly students, in combating the COVID-19 pandemic.

” We have to ensure adequate provision of food, social amenities, sound security network and conducive environment for the economy to thrive,” he said.

He suggested that the government quarantine all equipment and food items coming from Europe and other countries for six months.

Maharaji further expressed hope of a stronger and more viable Nigeria after the COVID-19 pandemic.
