FCT confirms 15 new cases, discharges one coronavirus patient

The Federal Capital Territory Administration has confirmed fifteen new cases of coronavirus.

The confirmation was made by FCTA in a tweet via its Twitter account on Tuesday.

The tweet read “15 NEW CASES, 1 DISCHARGED IN THE FCT.

“Summary of #COVID19FCT as at 11:20pm, 27th April, 2020.

“Total number of confirmed cases: 157.

“Total number of active cases: 118.

“Total discharged: 36.

“Deaths recorded: 3.

“Residents are urged to continue to stay home and stay safe.”

Recall that the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, on Monday confirmed 64 new cases of coronavirus in the country.

As at 11:20pm April 27, 1,337 confirmed cases of COVID-19 were reported in Nigeria, 255 have been discharged, with 40 deaths recorded.
