The North-East zonal coordinator of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) is dead.
The management confirmed his death on Tuesday.
Abdulkadir Ibrahim, NEMA north-east principal information officer, told NAN that the coordinator died at the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital (UMTH)
According to him, Saidu before his death has been battling diabetes.
“We are still at the hospital to receive the corpse,” he added.
NEMA commiserated with the family and prayed to Allah to forgive his soul and give the family the fortitude to bear the loss.
