Nigerian governor raises alarm as coronavirus kills lawmaker

Nasarawa Governor, Abdullahi Sule, has raised an alarm following the death of a lawmaker, Suleiman Adamu, in the state.

Late Adamu represented Nasarawa Central constituency at the Nasarawa State House of Assembly.

On Sunday, Sule announced that coronavirus caused the death.

The governor admitted that trouble looms in Nasarawa.

According to him, Adamu regularly mixed with his colleagues before he passed away.

“The member participated in all the assembly sittings, a development, which has complicated our situation,” he said.
