Ondo: Akeredolu’s appointees resign

Messrs Bankole Ogbesetore and Igbekele Akinrinwa have resigned from the board of Ondo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (OSOPADEC).

The reason for their action is still unknown.

On Tuesday, Governor Rotimi Akeredolu appointed their replacements.

They were Messrs Kole Akinbolarin and Ishola-Isijola Razak.

The governor’s spokesman, Olusegun Ajiboye, announced the development in a statement.

He noted that the appointment was with immediate effect.

“The governor wishes the new appointees success in their new job,” Ajiboye said.
